Seller Delete Account Policy

Effective Date: 10 April 2026

Sellers may request account closure by contacting seller support.

4. Pre-Closure Requirements
5. All active orders must be completed/cancelled properly.
6. Pending disputes/claims must be resolved.
7. Settlement reconciliation must be completed.
8. Data Retention
9. Legal, tax, invoice, and transaction records may be retained as required by law and audit obligations.
10. Closure Timeline
11. Seller account closure is typically completed within [15–45] working days after compliance checks.
