Vendors may request closure of their seller account by contacting seller support.

Before account closure, all pending orders, disputes, refunds, settlements, and compliance obligations must be completed.

SINARRA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED may retain certain business records, transaction data, tax records, and settlement information as required by applicable law.

Seller account deletion requests are subject to review and verification.
