Seller Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 10 April 2026

These Seller Terms apply to all merchants onboarding on 3rdplanett, operated by SINARRA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Seller Eligibility
2. Sellers must provide valid business, tax, and bank details as required by law.
3. Product Listing Responsibility
4. Sellers are responsible for accurate product details, pricing, stock status, legal compliance, and quality.
5. Order Fulfillment
6. Sellers must fulfill confirmed orders on time and maintain agreed service standards.
7. Prohibited Items
8. Sellers must not list illegal, counterfeit, restricted, or policy-violating products.
9. Commissions and Settlements
10. Platform fees/commissions are deducted as per agreed commercial terms; settlements follow defined cycles.
11. Returns/Refunds
12. Sellers must cooperate in valid return, cancellation, and refund processes as per platform policy.
13. Seller Conduct
14. Fraud, manipulation, fake orders/reviews, off-platform solicitation, or abusive behavior may result in suspension/termination.
15. Intellectual Property
16. Seller content must not infringe third-party rights. Seller grants platform rights to display listing content for operations/marketing.
17. Termination
18. Platform may suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy breaches, legal issues, or risk signals.
19. Governing Law
20. Governed by Indian law; jurisdiction at Jaipur.
