This Customer Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders placed on 3rdPlanett may be cancelled through our website or mobile applications.

Customers may cancel an order without charge while it remains in processing or confirmed status and has not been handed over to the courier or logistics partner, subject to any vendor-specific cut-off time disclosed during checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. In such cases, customers may refuse delivery where permitted or follow the return process after receipt in accordance with our Customer Return Policy.

Customised, pre-order, or made-to-order products may become non-cancellable once production or procurement has started. Any such restriction will be disclosed on the product page or at checkout.

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Refund timelines depend on the payment partner, bank, or wallet provider and may take several business days to reflect in your account.

Use the cancellation option available in your order details within your 3rdPlanett account, or contact customer support at support@3rdplanett.com with your order number. You will receive confirmation once a cancellation request is processed.
