Unless stated otherwise on the product or by the seller, you may request a return within the period shown at purchase (commonly 7–14 days from delivery for eligible items).
Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags where applicable. Perishables, personalised goods, digital products, hygiene items, and clearance items marked non-returnable may be excluded.
Start a return from your order history or contact support. You may receive a return label or instructions from the seller or logistics partner. Do not return items without approval when required.
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs may be non-refundable except where law requires.
Report damage or incorrect shipments with photos within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation. We will work with the seller to replace or refund.
