Customer Return Policy

How returns, exchanges, and refunds work for customer orders.

Overview

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns work for items bought through our marketplace. Specific sellers may publish stricter or additional rules on product pages.

Return window

Unless stated otherwise on the product or by the seller, you may request a return within the period shown at purchase (commonly 7–14 days from delivery for eligible items).

Eligible items

Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags where applicable. Perishables, personalised goods, digital products, hygiene items, and clearance items marked non-returnable may be excluded.

How to return

Start a return from your order history or contact support. You may receive a return label or instructions from the seller or logistics partner. Do not return items without approval when required.

Refunds

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs may be non-refundable except where law requires.

Damaged or wrong items

Report damage or incorrect shipments with photos within the timeframe stated in your order confirmation. We will work with the seller to replace or refund.
