Vendor Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by SINARRA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED through the 3rdPlanett platform, including its website and mobile applications, by vendors who list, sell, or fulfil products and services on the marketplace.

By registering as a vendor, accessing the seller panel, or listing products on 3rdPlanett, you agree to these Vendor Terms & Conditions and all applicable platform policies.

Vendors must meet eligibility criteria, provide accurate business and verification information, and complete onboarding and KYC requirements before listing products. SINARRA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate vendor accounts at its discretion for compliance, risk, or policy reasons.

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, lawful sale of products, inventory management, order fulfilment, packaging, delivery coordination, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws including consumer protection, tax, and product safety regulations.

Commission, subscription, payment-processing, or other platform fees apply as disclosed in the vendor agreement, fee schedule, or seller dashboard. Settlements are processed according to the platform payout cycle after applicable deductions, refunds, reserves, chargebacks, or adjustments.

Vendors must comply with category guidelines, prohibited-items policies, pricing rules, intellectual property requirements, and operational standards published by 3rdPlanett. We may remove listings, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts for violations.

Customer information received through orders must be used only for fulfilment and permitted customer communication. Vendors must not misuse, resell, or retain customer data beyond what is necessary and lawful.

We may suspend or terminate vendor access for breach of these terms, repeated customer complaints, fraud, legal non-compliance, or operational risk. Vendors may request account closure subject to outstanding obligations, open orders, refunds, and settlement rules.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless SINARRA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED against claims, losses, or liabilities arising from vendor products, listings, conduct, or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Vendor Terms & Conditions and will publish the revised version on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the seller dashboard or registered email address.
