You are responsible for accurate listings, lawful products, stock availability, timely fulfilment, and customer service for your orders.
Commission, subscription, or other fees apply as agreed in your seller agreement or fee schedule. Payouts are made according to our settlement cycle after deductions and reserves where applicable.
You must follow category rules, prohibited items policy, pricing rules, and any operational guidelines we publish. We may remove listings or limit visibility for violations.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. You may terminate subject to outstanding obligations and transition rules.
You agree to indemnify the platform against claims arising from your products, content, or breach of these terms, within applicable legal limits.
